Jennifer Ary Brown

She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2009 and her B.A. Summa Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. While in law school, Jennifer was an Assistant Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll, and a Comfort Scholar. She was named the Gene & Jo Anne Sharp Oklahoma Law Review Outstanding 3L for her work on the law review and was awarded the Gene & Jo Anne Sharp Outstanding Comment Award for her published comment, Peace on Earth, Goodwill in Divorce: Revisiting Travis in Light of Oklahoma’s Revised Ethical Rule Allowing the Sale of Law Practice Goodwill, 61 Okla. L. Rev. 585 (2008). Jennifer was also awarded the A.L. Jeffrey Municipal Law Scholarship for her outstanding paper in the area of public nuisance law and received the Academic Achievement Award (AmJur) in Legal Research and Writing. Upon graduation, Jennifer was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif.
She is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Oklahoma, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Jennifer is also admitted to practice before all courts of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, the Cherokee Nation, and the Osage Nation.
