Kelsey Payton

Kelsey earned her undergraduate degree in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma in May 2013. While there, she was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority and volunteered for various organizations. In May 2016, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, SBA Special Events Committee, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and OU Law Golf Club. Upon passing the Oklahoma Bar Exam, Kelsey worked as a Staff Attorney for an insurance company in Oklahoma City. In 2021, she moved to Tulsa to join a law firm specializing in Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense. Kelsey is licensed to practice law in all Oklahoma courts including the Northern, Eastern and Western federal district courts.
