Born in Chicago, Illinois on June 30, 1939 and admitted to the bar in 1964.  Bob is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.  He is also a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations.
