Tessa L. Hager

Tessa L. Hager graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor degree in Business Economics in 2008. Thereafter, she obtained her legal degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2011. While in law school, Tessa studied abroad at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. Prior to joining the firm, Tessa served as an Assistant Attorney General for Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt. In 2015, Tessa was selected as one of twenty-two attorneys in the state to be part of the fifth graduating class of the Oklahoma Bar Association Leadership Academy. That same year, Tessa was named to “Thirty under Thirty,” Oklahoma’s Next Generation of Leaders. Tessa was a three-year member of the Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court and then a three-year member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court.

Tessa has practiced civil litigation her entire career, including in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, environmental law, civil rights, professional negligence, and insurance defense. Tessa is also a certified mediator with the Oklahoma Early Settlement Program.
