Kyler Herron

Kyler Herron, a native Tulsan, graduated from Bixby High School in 2017. At Bixby, Kyler was a baseball player, a member of the academic team, and a valedictorian of his graduating class. Kyler was also selected as one of Oklahoma’s sixteen “Outstanding Seniors” by Oklahoma Magazine in 2017. As lifelong Sooner fan, Kyler followed his dreams and enrolled at the University of Oklahoma in the Fall of 2017. During his time at OU, Kyler was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, where he served on several executive committees. He also volunteered with the Children’s After School Program of Norman and served as a member of College Bowl’s Executive Board. Kyler also participated in Price College of Business’s Integrated Business Core, in which he and a group of classmates created, marketed, and sold a product and donated the proceeds (as well as their time throughout the week) to Bridges of Norman – a local charity serving high school students in family crisis. Kyler graduated from the University of Oklahoma in December of 2020 with a B.B.A. In Entrepreneurship and Venture Management and a minor in Psychology. Kyler then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman, Oklahoma. While in law school, he competed in moot court and was a member of the Federalist Society. Most notably, he was a member of Torts Illustrated – OU Law’s premier co-ed intramural softball team. After his 1L year, Kyler served as a judicial intern under the Honorable Judge David B. Lewis at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, where he garnered valuable experiences in legal research, writing, and case evaluation. During the latter half of his 1L summer, Kyler studied abroad at the University of Oxford’s Worcester College alongside some of his OU law classmates. After Kyler’s second year at OU Law, he joined the firm as a clerk in June of 2023. He graduated from OU Law in May of 2024 and happily accepted an offer to join the firm as an Associate pending bar passage. He has been an Associate since his admission to the Oklahoma Bar in October of 2024, and his practice entails litigation and transactional work. Kyler is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma courts – state and federal. Outside the office, Kyler enjoys cheering on his Sooners, cooking, going to the gym, and spending time with his friends and family.
