Mark Warman

Mark has tried 200+ jury trials in the state of Oklahoma, both federal and state courts, and Missouri. Due to his extensive trial experience, he has been a mediator for 25 years with well over 700 cases mediated. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, as well the Oklahoma Bar.

He has taught seminars on Trial Practice, Ethics and Insurance Coverage. He specializes in personal injury defense focusing on auto accident defense, premises liability defense, bad faith defense and sexual misconduct defense.
