Ryan Alley
Associate
Ryan graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2023 and passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam that same year. He has been with the firm since February 2025 and primarily practices in Transportation Defense, Insurance Defense, and Business Disputes. While in law school, Ryan was a Notes Editor and Articles Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, participated in the Corporate Counsel Externship Program, and completed the Business Law Concentration. Ryan has also worked as a clerk for the Honorable Michelle B. Keely and interned with the Juvenile Division of the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office. Ryan graduated with Pro Bono Honors from the time he spent working at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to law school, Ryan attended Texas Christian University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. Upon passing the Oklahoma Bar Exam, Ryan worked as an attorney specializing in Bad Faith Insurance Defense. Ryan is licensed to practice law in all Oklahoma courts, including the Northern, Eastern, and Western federal district courts, and is also licensed in Arkansas and Texas.
Outside of his legal practice, Ryan spends time with his wife, Hunter, whom he met at TCU, and his two sons, attending TCU sporting events. Ryan is also interested and attentive to the development of artificial intelligence, including the usage and development of language learning models, in the practice of law and civil litigation.
