Shelby Brunette

Shelby Brunette brings a broad range of legal experience to her practice, with a strong foundation in both criminal prosecution and civil litigation. Known for her strategic approach and strong courtroom presence, Shelby is dedicated to achieving effective results for her clients. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Whitworth University in 2014, followed by a master’s degree in Homeland Security from San Diego State University in 2016. In 2019, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. After passing the Oklahoma Bar Exam, Shelby began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Tulsa County and later in Muskogee County. There, she prosecuted Special Victims cases and complex homicides, gaining extensive trial experience and sharpening her litigation skills. She later served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Middle District of Georgia, where she prosecuted high-stakes federal criminal cases. Now, in private practice, Shelby offers experienced and results-oriented representation in the following areas: General Civil Litigation, Transportation Law, Insurance Defense, Criminal Law.
