Jason Goodnight

Jason primarily litigates matters in state and federal court in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School Law School in 2001 and the University of Arkansas in 1998. His practice emphasizes the defense of manufacturers in product liability litigation and the representation of transportation and oil and gas companies in catastrophic accidents. Jason also maintains an active subrogation practice and 95% of his practice is litigation.
